It’s not uncommon for women to be afraid to meet other women, much less try and make a new friend.  But no matter if you’re an introvert, extrovert, like tennis shoes or high heels, prefer shopping or a day in the park—there is a place for you here!

C.S. Lewis once wrote, “Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: "What! You, too?  Thought I was the only one."  "Friends" is a place where you’ll find other women who will challenge you, walk through life with you, and love you.  It’s a place for you to belong.

So, what do we do?: Our fun quarterly events and parties are the foundation of Friends.  We've done events ranging from Country Line-Dancing to elegant Christmas parties to Karaoke to a night of just encouragement called "Pep Club!"  These nights are for women of any age and are guaranteed to be a surprising night of fun, relaxation and support for each other.

Stay tuned to our Spring, Summer & Fall EDGE Groups , SCC's small groups, as there are always groups just for women - Beth Moore Bible studies, groups for moms, groups for non-moms and much more.
